We hope you love your Possi products, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returns, warranties, and shipping
Return Policy
If you change your mind, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it — including original packaging and hardware.
If the returned items meet these conditions, we’ll refund the amount you paid (excluding the original shipping costs) once we’ve received and inspected the return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@possi.world with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we’ve sent you the wrong item.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service — Possi is not responsible for lost returns.
Exchanges & Damages
If something went wrong — like receiving the wrong product or a damaged item — let us know within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll sort it out.
We may ask you to provide photos and a description of the issue. If it’s our mistake, we’ll either send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
Warranty
We’re proud of our products, and we stand by them.
All Possi products are covered by a 2-year warranty under Danish law. This covers material or manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.
It does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If your product develops a fault within this period, please get in touch at hello@possi.world with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

We ship to Denmark (DK) and EU countries (EUR). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
